The Challenge
Home renovation is still surprisingly fragmented. Information lives in emails, photos disappear in camera rolls, documents are difficult to find and communication often breaks down between homeowners and contractors.
The Solution
We designed the product from the ground up, defining everything from strategy and user experience to visual identity and interface design.
The focus was on creating a clear, trustworthy and scalable design system that makes complex renovation projects feel manageable for everyone involved.
Rather than building just another project management tool, the goal was to create a product people actually enjoy using. a service that reduces complexity without adding another complicated tool.
